Borrowing and Plagiarism
The authors of the article shall guarantee that they have written entirely original work and in case of their use of other authors’ work and/or words, it shall be appropriately referenced or marked in the text.
Plagiarism takes many forms, from claiming another person’s work as his own to copying or rephrasing of essential parts of another person’s work (without reference to the source) as well as to claiming his rights for the results obtained in the research carried out by others. Plagiarism in all its forms shall be improper conduct when publishing and unacceptable.
Submission of the same manuscript to more than one journal shall be improper conduct when publishing and unacceptable.
Author shall not submit to another journal the previously published article.
It is essential to acknowledge other researchers’ works. Authors shall give references to publications that influenced the reported work.
Authors are advised to check the manuscript for plagiarism through the system Text.ru
The editors check the manuscript material for originality by two systems: Text.ru and Antiplagiat.ru
The originality of the material of the manuscript should be at least 75%.
